As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation.

  • The Opportunity When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As part of the Talent and Development team you lead the creation and delivery of training programs focused on Identity Governance and Administration. As a Manager you are accountable for mentoring junior staff, managing client accounts, and driving project success while upholding the firms quality standards.

What You Must Have

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 8 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • Familiarity with IGA systems and tools
  • Understanding of access controls and compliance frameworks
  • Developing assessments to measure training effectiveness
