Full Stack Developer

Introduction

We are Firmware professional working on Z systems (modern mainframes) and we build the most secure systems for our customers to deploy their enterprise applications. Also, We provide at most security and enable IBM LinuxONE and z/OS enterprise customers with on-premise, customer-managed container solution through Secure Service Containers which provides data protection as well protection from Insider threats. We deliver Simulation and automation around platform management firmware to increase and deliver even higher quality and lay the foundation for future development work for Z systems

Your Role And Responsibilities

• We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Java Developer with 4–6 years of experience in backend development using Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be proficient in unit and integration testing, and demonstrate expertise in debugging and root cause analysis. Experience in Linux environments is essential, and familiarity with modern front-end and backend technologies is a plus.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Design and implement robust unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirement clearly and define & deliver new features.
• Work in Linux environments for deployment, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
  
  

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing.
• Experience working in Linux environments (command-line, scripting, troubleshooting).
• Strong debugging skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

• Experience with React.js and TypeScript for front-end development.
• Exposure to Kotlin for backend services.
• Basic Linux administration skills (user management, networking, system monitoring).
• Experience with containerisation tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
