BI Automation Specialist

At Axi, data drives decisions. We’re hiring a BI Specialist to design and maintain data infrastructure, analyze metrics, and enable smart business choices across marketing, product, and finance.

What You’ll Do

• Design data pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and JavaScript.
• Execute daily BI operations: data ingestion, validation, and reporting.
• Analyze conversion funnels and marketing attribution; identify root causes of performance drops.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics, troubleshoot anomalies, and implement improvements.
• Ensure data quality and reliability across all reporting platforms.
• Maintain project flow using tools like Excel and Jira.
  
  

• Proficient in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and Excel.
• Experience with Pandas/NumPy; familiarity with funnel analysis and marketing attribution.
• Excellent analytical thinking, structured reasoning, and problem-solving mindset.
• Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Degree in Science or Mathematics—strong academic performance required.
• Fluent in English, with clear communication skills.
  
  

• BI/reporting experience in iGaming, insurance, e-commerce, or online casino industries.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
