As a Senior Associate, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex

Business Issues Related To Labor Market Analytics And Real Estate Advisory Services In Mergers & Acquisitions Transactions. Your Responsibilities Will Include One Of The Following:

  • Conduct detailed location analysis using demographic, economic, regulatory, and cost data to support client decisions on market entry, expansion, consolidation, or relocation.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating and ranking alternative locations based on client-specific strategic, operational, and financial criteria.
  • Perform real estate due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, by analyzing corporate real estate portfolios, advising on site separation strategies, preparing portfolio optimization strategies, providing facilities management cost baselining support, and delivering market benchmarking insights to help clients.
  • Develop interactive dashboards to help clients with real time spatial data visualization, dynamic insights into asset distribution, cost implications, timeline impacts, and financial performance.
  • Create detailed maps and visual representations of spatial data to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on real estate markets across geographies and asset classes. Monitor key market performance indicators and analyze market trends.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, pitch materials, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Depending on the specific position within Financial Markets & Real Estate (FMRE), play an integral role as a professional on PwCs FMRE team supporting engagements. This will include understanding the business objectives of the company, how the scope of services fits in and the skills you will need to successfully perform the work.

  • Deep understanding of real estate market trends and labor analytics
  • Developing site separation strategies, conducting standalone cost assessments, crafting scenario analyses, and performing risk modeling to support transaction decision-making.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (data insights and visualization)

  • Commitment to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing project timelines.

Good-to-have

  • Knowledge of zoning laws, environmental regulations, and local economic factors
  • Technical capability - Proficiency in GIS software (e.g.- ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) and spatial databases. Strong understanding of spatial statistics and geospatial data visualization.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for real time data visualization.

Preferred Years Of Experience - 2-4 Years

Qualifications - Bachelors Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Real Estate, Geoinformatics, Business Administration or equivalent
