These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. In Oracle human capital at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Job Description

  • Strong technical skills around Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL and HSDL), Page Personalization/Customization, OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud BI Publisher).
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Data Models and Table structures.
  • Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation.
  • Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience in HDL templates in Oracle.
  • Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
  • Good understanding of the functional flow – HCM Projects.
  • Nice to have APEX/JCS/VBCS as an addition.
  • Collaborate effectively with others.
  • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
  • Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, manage deliverables independently, and cross-team collaboration
