To support our growing team, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR and Admin Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle management.
Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Handle administrative duties including vendor management, office supplies, and facility coordination.
Prepare HR reports and assist in policy development and implementation.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments and support management as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a corporate/manufacturing setup.
Good knowledge of Nepal labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR software/ERP is an added advantage.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
