Adobe Campaign - QA Lead
The Adobe Campaign - QA Lead will be part of the Adobe offshore delivery team, responsible for ensuring the quality of the projects being delivered. Our work environment is fast paced and has a lot of exciting projects. You will work on multiple projects concurrently and will drive the show independently right from initial test strategy discussions to test execution and providing Sign Off. Other activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards, communicating with business groups, and responding to customer/client requests, proactively be on top of the assigned asks. You will be working with the Adobe Experts as a part of the Project implementation team.
Responsibilities:
Work with engineering, consulting, business, and other teams to ensure we are implementing features that meets the customer requirements.
Analyzing functional and technical documentation to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Estimate the effort required, create the test plan, and execute the plan within the constraints of the budget available while maintaining the planned.

Design review and contribute on test scenarios, test scripts and test data creation.
Execute tests and help identify root-cause of issues.
Guide, develop and manage standards, methods, or procedures to determine release readiness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules & strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
Risks and escalations management, reporting, Follow-up, and Bug tracking.
Strive for excellence constantly to deliver a quality product.
Passionate to innovate & implement ideas to address efficiency, best practices, improved processes.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support additional team members by mentoring and coaching them.
Act as a QA lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants on the Client side and provide QA solutioning.
Requirements:
Experience in developing Functional, Integration and End to End Test Strategy/approach, test plans.
Hands on experience in test cases creation and execution as per the project requirements
6+ years relevant work experience in QA domain.
Experience in working with various stake holders such as Developers, Product Owners/Clients, and Business Analysts.
Experience with Agile Methodologies, Tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence)
Good knowledge of databases , and ability to write queries including keys, relationships, tables, attribute/fields.
Experience testing software at API level using SOAP UI, Postman, REST Client etc.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting issues with logs and other techniques.
Excellent Stakeholder Management and Communication skills.
Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to perform QA on custom built Import / Export / Technical Workflows.
Ability to perform QA on multi-Channel Campaigns (Push, Email, SMS etc.).
Should be able to adapt and perform QA on Adhoc Campaign tasks.
Experience in providing walkthrough on the QA activities to a larger forum.
Coding and scripting experience to innovate and build solutions to automate is a plus.
Knowledge on Web Technologies like HTML, CSS would be a plus.
Experience as a Business Analyst along with QA experience would be a good to have.
