Tasks

• Identify and develop strategic business opportunities in the software development sector, with a focus on AI products and engineering talent acquisition.


• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in startups and SMBs to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement growth strategies that leverage AI capabilities and engineering expertise.


• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and software development.


• Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, articulating Tipstats value proposition and differentiators effectively.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Proven experience in business development or sales within the software development industry.


• Strong understanding of oftware development processes.


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
