IT Project Manager (225-716)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and project management techniques. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, specifying resources, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure project success.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed for timely resolution.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project delivery success.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Liaise with project team members to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
• Provide direction and support to project team members to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager in the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
