Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests in the dining area.
• Ensure all food and beverages meet presentation and quality standards.
• Efficiently set and clear dining areas in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the F&B department.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Accurately take and process guest orders with precision and efficiency.
• Provide guests with menu recommendations and answer dietary inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Adhere to company safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with restocking as needed.
• Support additional duties as assigned by the F&B manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or F&B role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a must.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
