As an Automation Testing Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and ensuring the quality of software applications by developing and implementing automated testing processes. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for software products.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and design test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects from discovery to resolution.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies for efficiency.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure software systems' scalability and reliability.
• Maintain test environments and properly configure systems for automation execution.
• Provide detailed reports and status updates to stakeholders regarding test processes.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and iterate on solutions with developers.
• Ensure continuous integration processes are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
• Train and mentor junior testers on tools and best practices in automated testing.
• Participate in agile scrum meetings to align testing objectives with project goals.
• Continuously review and enhance automation practices to adopt new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Proven experience in automation testing using software testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Selenium, Appium, or other test automation software suites.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex test scenarios.
