As an Account Executive, you will serve as a critical link between our company and our valued clients. In this dynamic and customer-focused role, you will be responsible for understanding our client's needs, providing them with tailored solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. You will work closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to deliver a seamless experience for each client. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and issues, providing timely solutions.
  • Communicate client needs and demands to internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop account strategies to ensure sustained and profitable growth with clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Implement and manage account management project plans and objectives.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs set by management.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to help guide future product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of proven sales experience as an Account Executive.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with sales performance tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, sales data analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
