Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to manage and ensure the quality of powder coating and welding work in our fabrication unit.

The role involves checking fabrication standards, inspecting welds, monitoring coating processes, and improving methods to deliver error-free products that meet customer requirement Key

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inspection quality control plans for powder coating and welding operations.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections for welds (visual checks, dimensional accuracy, NDT if applicable) and coatings (thickness, adhesion, gloss, curing).
• Monitor process parameters including surface preparation, pre-treatment, curing cycle, and weld parameters.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of quality instruments.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure adherence to work instructions.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and audit documentation.
• Support customer inspections, audits, and provide quality-related technical support.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability and reduce defects.
