Production Line Manager - Steel Casting Flux

Responsibilities

• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace
• Ensuring production planning as per Sales orders/releases and provide requisition of raw materials/chemical/packing materials etc for timely availability at site.
• Ensuring Production of steel casting flux as per production order.
• Ensuring production as per SOP and achieve all KPI’s are per target.
• Ensuring maintain of process parameters as provided by QC team and control process rejections in every steps.
• Ensuring booking of production in SAP and match book stock & physical stock
• Ensuring monthly closing on time to capture correct data in terms cost booking.
• Ensuring participation and encourage team in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
• Participation in all EHS initiatives and also engage workers.
• Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
• Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
• Production dashboard management and ensure 5S culture at shopfloor
  
  

• Knowledge on production of Steel casting flux and all processes like batching, mixing, spray drying, packing etc.
• Knowledge on SAP PP module.
• Basic knowledge on computer operating like MS office, SCADA
  
  

• Essential: B.Tech in Ceramics/Chemical/Production Engg with 5-8 years’ experience, age limit 35 years.
• Preferred: Work experience in refractory/Core manufacturing Industrie
