Job Description

The Tele Caller Executive plays a critical role in the sales and customer service processes of a company. This position is responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, explaining the company's products or services, addressing inquiries, and persuading them to make purchases or take desired actions. An enthusiastic and persuasive personality helps to engage effectively with customers, building a rapport and establishing trust. Typically working in a call center or office environment, Tele Caller Executives manage both inbound and outbound calls, thus requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. This role also involves handling customer complaints and feedback, contributing to a positive brand image. Those in this position often work closely with sales and marketing teams to implement campaigns and achieve business targets.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls to potential customers, presenting company products and offers.
  • Attend to customer inquiries thoughtfully and promptly, providing accurate information.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with complete and recent call information.
  • Identify customer needs and offer products that align with their requirements.
  • Follow up with existing and prospective clients to nurture a long-term relationship.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the supervisory teams.
  • Coordinate with CRM and other customer-related databases to provide relevant information.
  • Generate leads through telephonic interactions and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback regarding products and report any complaints received.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align and improve sales strategy execution.
  • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and updates on completed calls.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills through training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales is a plus.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive manner.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain patient during difficult calls.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
