Job Description

As a Sales Support professional, you play a critical role in facilitating our sales team's success and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales function. Your primary responsibility is to assist the sales team by providing administrative and operational support, which can include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and preparing sales materials. By maintaining organized records and accurate reports, you help optimize the sales process and enhance productivity. Your role is pivotal in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service, and acting as a liaison between the sales team and other departments. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team for enhanced productivity.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between sales representatives and prospective customers effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales inquiries, orders, and client accounts diligently.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations for sales initiatives.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing sales data for strategic insights.
  • Process customer orders and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of sales documentation.
  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations and support.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist the sales team effectively.
  • Monitor sales metrics consistently to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the sales team in meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or related administrative role required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software systems is required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
