Job Description

As a Product Owner for Sales and Onboarding, you will play a critical role in driving the strategy, development, and implementation of our sales and onboarding product line. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to deliver a compelling product vision. You will be accountable for ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals while delivering delightful customer experiences that improve onboarding efficiency and sales performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for sales and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features and specifications.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
  • Work with UX/UI designers to ensure excellent user experience and product usability.
  • Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to gather insights and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration.
  • Define key metrics and objectives to measure product performance and customer success.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Lead the Agile/ Scrum process, including sprint planning and review sessions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed on industry trends and improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to cross-functional teams on product-related inquiries.
  • Communicate project status and progress to executive stakeholders and organizational leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and onboarding strategies within diverse industries.
  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into viable product features and enhancements.
  • Experienced with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools and methodologies.
