Responsibilities

• Prepare and calibrate laboratory equipment for routine experiments and procedures.
• Conduct experiments and tests following established protocols and procedures.
• Ensure all laboratory equipment and tools are cleaned and maintained properly.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
• Assist in the inventory management of laboratory materials and chemical reagents.
• Adhere to all laboratory safety standards and protocol regulations at all times.
• Provide support in the processing and analysis of biological samples as required.
• Collaborate with research scientists to refine and optimize testing methodologies.
• Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of any equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentation of findings.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Laboratory Science or relevant field required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and conducting standard procedures.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and best practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and report documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
