Job Description

As an HR & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of core HR strategies and operational activities within the organization. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and hands-on execution skills to ensure our human resources and operational infrastructure support the overall business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize operations and HR costs.

  • Analyze data and produce reports to guide decision-making and performance improvements.
  • Develop systems to improve communication and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives to drive company growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in HR and operations management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll management practices is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with proven success in past roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively across levels.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel.
