Job Description

The role of a Corporate Relationship Associate is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing relationships with key corporate clients. As a Corporate Relationship Associate, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term collaborations. The position involves understanding the client's business structure, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and serving as a liaison between the client and the company's various departments. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen understanding of the corporate landscape. Your efforts will contribute significantly to client satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately impacting the company's bottom line positively.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Develop tailored strategies to address client needs and business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Organize and participate in meetings with corporate clients to discuss business strategies.
  • Keep abreast of market trends to identify new sales opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Compile and present regular reports on account status and client feedback.
  • Assist in resolving complex client issues and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate client records.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies for client outreach.
  • Participate in client networking events and industry conferences to enhance visibility.
  • Support senior management in identifying key areas for improvement in client relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate client management or sales within an industry.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse client groups.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
