Job Description

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our dealership, utilizing your skills and expertise to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets and building lasting relationships with clients. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences, provide insightful demonstrations of vehicles, and guide them through the buying process, including financing and after-sales services. Working closely with a motivated sales team, you will stay informed about the automotive industry and our dealership's diverse inventory. Your ability to communicate effectively, coupled with your passion for automobiles, will be key to succeeding in this dynamic and rewarding role.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
  • Provide detailed and informative demonstrations of vehicles' features and benefits.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the purchase.
  • Negotiate sales terms and price arrangements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s vehicle inventory and features.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and sales transactions with clients.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with financing arrangements.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay informed about automotive industry trends to provide relevant information to clients.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of promotional sales events and activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers over time.
  • Effective negotiation skills to close sales deals efficiently and professionally.
  • Understanding of vehicle financing options and the sales process is advantageous.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holiday schedules to meet customer demand.
