Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales revenue.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer reactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all telemarketing regulations and policies at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales executive or similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and contracts.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices for managing customer information.
  • A target-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • High school diploma; a degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
