Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts across various platforms. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing compelling social media strategies that will increase our brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive measurable results. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to craft content that resonates with our target demographic and amplifies our brand voice. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, be adaptable in the fast-paced social landscape, and possess excellent analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and pivot strategies to align with business goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all channels.
  • Analyze and report on social media activities using analytics tools and metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Engage with social media followers and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Create and manage editorial calendars for social media content planning.
  • Research and identify target audiences to tailor content for engagement.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns to increase reach and brand visibility.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers and key industry players.
  • Optimize social media profiles to enhance SEO and user engagement.
  • Manage crisis communication and respond to negative comments appropriately.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital strategy trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging multimedia content.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess social media performance metrics.
  • Experience with paid social advertising and budget management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
