Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales reports using CRM tools.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of service with clients to close sales deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to continually improve the sales approach.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote or office setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track sales performance.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and the ability to apply them strategically.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
