The Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of a company by identifying, attracting, and securing top talent. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the employer brand to attract diverse candidates while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct preliminary screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

  • Maintain an organized record of candidate applications and interview notes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow-up meetings.
  • Provide feedback and support in decision-making for candidate selections.
  • Enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier talent through creative initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and industry regulations.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and headhunters when necessary to fill positions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to guide future strategies and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment management systems and various sourcing tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
