Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the local area.

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to promote property sales.

• Stay informed about real estate laws, rules, and regulations in the jurisdiction.

• Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction post-sale or rental process.
• Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are mandatory for this position.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and neighborhoods is essential.
• Must have a valid real estate license issued by the state regulatory authority.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Willingness to do the necessary background research to understand client needs.
