The Project Manager – HR Ops is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing human resource projects aimed at optimizing HR processes and systems. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT departments, and senior management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR operations, and a proven track record in project management. You're expected to bring innovative solutions to improve HR functions, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational performance. This role provides an exciting opportunity to influence and contribute to the development and execution of strategic HR projects, making a significant impact on the organization’s success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and define project plans, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and clarify project requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to align with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvement initiatives for future projects.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies in HR operations and related projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards during project implementation.
  • Serve as a mentor for junior project managers within the HR ops team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation in HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR project management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP or similar project management certification would be an advantage.
