The Junior Client Co-Ordinator is a dynamic role designed for individuals who possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate client records in our database system.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring all parties are informed timely.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of client reports and presentations.
  • Respond promptly to client queries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  • Support senior staff in developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor client feedback and relay relevant information to improve service offerings.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and internal departments is maintained.
  • Assist in managing client billing inquiries and follow up on pending issues.
  • Manage the logistics of client engagements, including travel arrangements if necessary.
  • Develop knowledge of the industry trends to better meet client needs and expectations.
  • Participate in client review meetings and document outcomes for follow-up actions.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all client-related documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client service or a coordinated customer-facing role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional client relationships.
