Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in the development of architectural designs and concepts.
• Prepare architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with construction professionals to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
• Participate in site visits and field observations to gather information and assess progress.
• Support the project team in preparing design proposals and presentations for clients.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal architectural codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical elements.
• Assist in the research of materials, products, and design trends for project implementation.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications for project execution.
• Contribute to meetings and discussions to offer creative and technical insights.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies to senior staff.
• Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to facilitate project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
• Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit, is essential.
• Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and innovative architectural projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
