The Client Reporting Associate in Client Services plays a crucial role in assisting clients by providing comprehensive and accurate reporting. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and compile comprehensive client reports with consistent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify data required for client reporting.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and insights to support business decisions.
  • Maintain and update reporting tools and templates for efficient report generation.
  • Assist in developing new reporting formats to meet evolving client needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Respond to client queries regarding report content and provide clarification when needed.
  • Monitor report delivery schedules and proactively communicate any delays or issues to clients.
  • Support the Client Services Manager in client meetings with data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Document and maintain systems for client communication history and reporting preferences.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving client reporting services.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in client reporting and data analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client reporting, data analysis, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Strong proficiency with reporting software and tools such as Microsoft Excel or Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines consistently.
