UX / UI Designer (225-923)

We are seeking a skilled and creative UX / UI Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for various devices.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to ensure design solutions meet user needs.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant, user-centered solutions for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards while designing user interfaces and user experiences.
• Build and maintain a consistent design system for efficient workflow and development process.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver relevant design outputs.
• Provide detailed design specifications and assets to developers, ensuring proper implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
• Collaborate with marketers and content creators to ensure clear and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and research methodologies.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong focus on user experience and accessibility.
• Ability to communicate design ideas and solutions clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
