Job Description

A Retail Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement within a retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales operations and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep updated with product knowledge.
  • Use POS systems effectively to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Offer assistance with store events and promotions to boost customer engagement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relations.
  • Knowledge of retail management best practices and sales principles.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
  • Customer-oriented with positive attitude and passion for providing services.
  • Ability to multitask and handle several customers simultaneously under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in executing tasks.
