Job Description

The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth, effective, and efficient operation of projects within an organization. They act as a pivotal point of communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and clients. Proficient in managing multiple tasks, they ensure deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved. They assist project managers in planning, execution, and closure, facilitating resource management and collaboration. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information among all stakeholders involved.
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans for effective management.
  • Track project performance using standard monitoring tools and techniques effectively.
  • Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accessibility for all team members.
  • Facilitate communication between the project team and all relevant parties efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the allocation and management of project resources and budgets responsibly.
  • Identify project risks and issues, escalating them to the Project Manager when necessary.
  • Support in administrative activities, including meeting scheduling and minute taking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback sessions.
  • Facilitate post-project evaluation and continuous improvement processes seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or relevant position in similar industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage simultaneous projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in project management software tools like Microsoft Project or Asana.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and identify appropriate solutions promptly.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
