Job Description

An Outdoor Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving a company's revenue by engaging directly with potential customers and turning leads into sales. This position is typically field-based, requiring the executive to travel to meet clients face-to-face, building and maintaining relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills. The Outdoor Sales Executive must have a thorough understanding of the products or services offered by the company and effectively articulate their value proposition. Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
  • Generate leads and build long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and other departments to ensure comprehensive client solutions.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to effectively position the company’s offerings.
  • Track sales metrics, report progress regularly, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company brand.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical standards while representing the company in the marketplace.
  • Analyze competitive offerings and recommend improvements to enhance the company's market position.
  • Implement feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor field-based role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
