Job Description

As an Associate Instructional Designer, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to creating impactful and engaging learning experiences. This role is pivotal in supporting the design and development of instructional materials, utilizing various educational technologies and multimedia tools. You will work closely with senior instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to create content that is both educational and engaging. Candidates should have a passion for learning and instructional methodology, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design educational materials tailored to specific learning objectives.
  • Draft storyboards and scripts for e-learning courses, ensuring they align with instructional goals.
  • Create and edit content using various authoring tools and multimedia software.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance instructional materials.
  • Apply best practices in instructional design to develop materials that are engaging and effective.
  • Assist in the development of assessments to evaluate learner understanding and content effectiveness.
  • Support the maintenance and update of existing course materials to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Participate in user testing to ensure the usability and accessibility of instructional materials.
  • Manage and organize digital assets in a systematic and accessible manner.
  • Utilize data analytics to track student performance and improve learning outcomes.
  • Research and integrate new instructional methodologies to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Provide technical support to learners and instructors during the implementation of learning materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in e-learning development and the use of multimedia tools.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision, managing multiple projects.
