Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Adept at market research and capable of adapting strategies to market changes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
