The role of a Relationship Officer in Digital Banking is a pivotal position that combines customer service excellence with deep knowledge of digital banking technologies. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in banking, particularly in a relationship management role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to problem-solve and address client concerns quickly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and regulations in digital banking and finance.
