An ICT & ELV Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in bridging the technological needs of a company with cutting-edge ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) solutions, ensuring that sales targets are met and often surpassed. Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze customers' ICT and ELV requirements thoroughly to tailor solutions effectively.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales.
  • Present ICT and ELV products and services professionally to potential clients in various sectors.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective relationship management.
  • Provide customers with product and service insights to assist in overcoming any doubts or decision barriers.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams for the successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote brand awareness for the company.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business leads and opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of ICT and ELV products to provide accurate and effective solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team regularly.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of customers by offering prompt support and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the ICT or ELV industry.
  • Strong understanding of ICT and ELV technologies and business practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for impactful interaction with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite for effective sales tracking and analysis.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections for contract agreements.
  • Target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
