Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts. This role is critical in pushing the digital presence of a brand, ensuring engagement, reach, and effectiveness of various digital marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the management and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This includes a keen focus on content creation, planning social media strategies, search engine optimization (SEO), and monitoring analytics to improve digital marketing campaigns. With the digital landscape continuously evolving, the ideal candidate should be adaptable, creative, and possess a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and tools, along with exceptional communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing messages across all digital platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day content for company blogs, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media accounts to engage with followers and address inquiries promptly.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve SEO rankings.
  • Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working across departments.
  • Assist in the development of online marketing materials and presentation of them to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience on all digital platforms.
  • Participate in developing email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
  • Support the sales team with sales collateral and digital assets as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or advertising position for at least two years.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and content management systems recommended.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and managing social media tools.
  • Creative skills for contributing new and engaging digital marketing ideas.
