  • Promote and upsell products and services to maximize revenue during customer interactions.

  • Analyze customer feedback trends to predict potential issues and propose preemptive solutions.
  • Adapt communication strategies to suit various client demographics and preferences.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest company offerings and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions with diverse customers.
  • Ability to manage and de-escalate high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools for everyday tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential in this role.
