Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support systems is highly desirable.
