As a Business Support - Client Reporting specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of insightful and accurate client reports. Your position is strategically designed to enhance the overall client experience by providing timely, detailed, and personalized reporting services. In this role, you will collaborate across departments, leveraging data to produce comprehensive reports that support client needs and business decisions. Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver comprehensive client reports in a precise and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all client reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and enhancements in reporting processes.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to streamline report generation and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements impacting client reporting.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries regarding reports.
  • Assist in the development of standardized templates for regular client reports.
  • Analyze data trends to provide valuable insights in client reporting outputs.
  • Prepare presentations summarizing key insights from client reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve any technical issues related to reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and troubleshooting for bespoke client reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in client reporting or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence software and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
