Job Description

An Assistant Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team by coordinating activities and ensuring seamless communication within the department. In this role, you will assist with various marketing initiatives, from planning and executing campaigns to analyzing market trends and consumer feedback. Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts by creating content and engaging with audiences.

  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, schedules, and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations and reports as required.
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure financial accountability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software applications.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems required.
