  • Monitor and respond to social media audience interactions, fostering community engagement.

  • Manage social media advertising budgets and assess the cost-effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare and present reports on social media performance to stakeholders and management.

  • Guide and mentor team members in the latest social media best practices and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years experience in social media management or strategy development.
  • Proven experience in creating successful social media campaigns and measurable results.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor social media metrics and grow follower base effectively.
  • Ability to create compelling content that aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective audience engagement.
