Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business within assigned territories. This role entails direct interaction with potential and existing customers to generate sales and build strong relationships. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities through various channels, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for achieving assigned targets.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Visit clients regularly to cultivate relationships and explore potential sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits within set timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better sales results and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and report to the management on progress.
  • Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients to drive additional sales.
  • Promptly resolve any queries or issues raised by clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and sales activity reports to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably as a field sales executive.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical for success.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software systems for managing customer interactions.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to drive for work purposes.
