Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Executive (Fresher) is critical to the delivery of exceptional service and support to clients. A Customer Service Executive acts as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions or concerns. As a fresher in this role, you will be trained to handle a variety of customer interactions, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through your communication skills and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Ability to adapt and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
