Assistant Store Manager (225-727)

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store. You are responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, developing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and managing inventory and staff effectively. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operational tasks and store management duties.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store team members effectively.

• Implement sales strategies to achieve store sales targets and profitability goals.
• Oversee merchandising and display efforts to optimize the store’s appeal and sales.

• Maintain a safe and clean store environment adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Previous retail experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate staff.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proven analytical skills with a good understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
