Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales team's success by leading, mentoring, and empowering your team to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will devise strategic plans to expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence. Your role will involve fostering relationship-building skills both within the team and with prospective clients. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with an ability to understand customer needs and demonstrate exceptional communication skills. You will coordinate sales strategies, manage budgets, and deliver comprehensive reports to assess the performance of the sales department.

  • Evaluate potential sales staff candidates and participate in recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and developments to maintain competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales objectives in previous roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis tools is necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business and customer engagements.
