As an Account Executive - Learning Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how organizations approach training and development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized learning solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the learning solutions domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Create tailored learning solutions that align with clients’ business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning programs.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize the company’s profits.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ needs are met efficiently.
  • Analyze client feedback and learning outcomes to improve service offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve product knowledge.
  • Report on sales activities and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the learning solutions sector.
  • Strong understanding of learning and development strategies and trends.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
