UI/UX Designer (225-816)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Sketch and communicate ideas effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems and come up with innovative solutions.
• Design intuitive and appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Maintain the company’s design standards while working on diverse design projects.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of designs and ensure their effectiveness is measurable.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to other designers and team members.
• Work with development teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and principles, and apply them as needed.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design language across all projects and platforms.
• Evaluate user feedback to improve and enhance the user experience continuously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficient in design software, including Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and strategies effectively.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
